How do I install the idol at home?
Place it in your puja room or a clean north-east corner on a raised platform, facing east or west, after a bath and a short prayer. Daily offering of water, flowers or incense is enough.

The material (brass, resin, marble dust, crystal, etc.) is mentioned in the description. Brass and metal idols can be polished with lemon/tamarind; wipe resin idols with a dry cloth.
